Sheri,

I'm glad you wrote this story down. That's often been a topic of debate amongst my friends and family. How can we live with ourselves and unihibitedly enjoy the blessings that we have been afforded while fulling knowing that some people don't have enough to have a special holiday? Should we not eat and be merry in some sort of self flaggilation in order to show our solidarity with those in need, or perhaps we should just enjoy it to the fullest and try to forget that not everyone else is doing the same? You're along the same lines that we've always concluded on. Those who are blessed much enjoy it and be incredibly thankful or else what good is anyone's blessing if it is always to be shoved under the rug. But at the same time we are blessed so that we can bless others and we must do what we can to pay it forward so to speak
